Their staff, more specifically Osiris, Yvonne, and Julio, are a cut above the rest in terms of customer service. My staff has been dealing with other representatives more frequently than myself although I apologize if I had missed anyone. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond their normal line of duty speaks volumes for their business. Excellent customer Service!!! Milton Angel is an outstanding IT personnel. He is professional, patient, thorough and knowledgeable in assisting with setting up our new copier. Milton Angel was super helpful with troubleshooting the registration and orientation of my office printer/copier. When an issue popped up with the copy/send function, he was very responsive and followed up to make sure that I was serviced in the middle of my busy day.
