Superior Office Solutions is an excellent organization for your copying a leasing needs. Their staff, more specifically Osiris, Yvonne, and Julio, are a cut above the rest in terms of customer service. My staff has been dealing with other representatives more frequently than myself although I apologize if I had missed anyone. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond their normal line of duty speaks volumes for their business. I currently recommend all of our clientele to utilize SOS and will gladly continue referring them business in the future.
We contracted with SOS in June 2020, right in the heart of our COVID operations shutdown. Our previous copy machine contracts expired and we needed to replace our equipment. Not only did SOS give us a quote almost 1/3 of what we were paying, they delivered the new machines and set them up seamlessly with the cooperation of our IT vendor. They removed the old machines and stored them at no cost until our old vendor sent the return authorization information. This took months. They are frequently checking up to see if any additional training is needed for the staff that are returning to the office. Their customer service is great and I am extremely pleased that even under the current situation, I have a vendor I can count on.
Tim Glover and the entire team at SOS continue excellent customer service. They have always been diligent at getting machines in place quickly, service timely, as well as assisting/consulting whenever called upon. I appreciate and respect our business partner relationship that started nearly 15 years ago.

SOS has provided exceptional customer service through the years. They answer emails same-day, are quick to offer price-saving solutions, and deliveries are often next day. One feature I love in particular is that our printers are set up to order toner automatically when each color runs low. So we receive surprise toner in the mail, and low and behold, a week later, our printer tells us that we’re out, and we just pop the new one in!
I have worked with SOS for the past 5 years, due to their excellent customer service. Technicians respond within 4 hours, same day, and early the following morning for late afternoon issues. We originally received only our copiers through SOS and have slowly transitioned all of our desk printers, mail machine, as well as two other offices, to their service. I would highly recommend SOS, especially Tim Glover and the team he has working with him.
