Our co-founders opened Superior Office Solutions in 1999 with one main goal in mind: to bring a personal touch back to the printing industry. In the few years prior, national conglomerates had swept up the local printing companies in New York City, switching the focus from service to profits. Businesses that were used to receiving personalized service suddenly found themselves dealing with service reps who didn’t know anything about their business. Our mission was to become an ally to those customers, and we’ve been doing so ever since.
Even though we have expanded our client base into the thousands, added two new offices, and merged with another leading technology company since we started as a small business 22 years ago, our focus hasn’t changed. We want to teach our clients about their technology and help them make an informed decision, not push them into a years-long contract they will later regret.
